PDF has wrong trim or bleed

Trim size not correct?

  • Maybe the designer overlooked some printer settings, as discussed in this thread about InDesign.

No bleed?

  • Maybe the designer needs to be told what bleed is and why it is needed? That page also has some advice on fixing bleed in PDF files.
