The past years I have had a couple of inquieries from people asking for advice on PostScript errors involving an offending command ‘forall’.
Unfortunately nobody has been able to provide me with more information about the error or its possible solution so I guess it is a generic error and cannot easily be fixed. This means the best approach is to go through my general list of tricks.
