Offending command: inf

When you print from Adobe PageMaker 6.0x and your PPD is either incorrectly written or corrupted, the PostScript Error “undefined; offending command: INF” appears and no output is generated.

Solutions
Replacing the PPD by a fresh copy should fix the problem. You could also select a “General” PPD to output the job.
