This is a very specific error message I picked up from another website. A PostScript error undefined offending command TM can occur when printing a text file with Graymatter ScriptServer on a queue that automatically downloads the SSV$PROLOG module at queue startup. The problem is caused by the fact that the printer got powered off and on, which erased the required module from the printer’s memory.
Solutions
There are two possible solutions for this problem:
- Stop and restart the queue.
- Disable the auto-download feature
