We are using a 4 color mov-p 1985 model heidelberg offset, we have issues with the last 2 printing units and we prefer to use in 2 color configuration avoiding last 2 units to do make ready and printing. We are using plate size 550 mm x 650 mm. We want to install a 2 color offset machine which can deploy the same plate size. Kindly guide us which models of 2 color offsets would be suitable to complement our machine. Our preference is heidelberg. Currently we are using water dampening machine.
Rapids 75 sheet size seems incorrect
no plate thickness sizes was indicated. only length & width is know.
kindly state the plate thickness.

Divide any mm plate length by 25.4 to get inches. Note that ALL plate manufacturers and ALL press manufacturers specify in millimeters and if inches are used, are only for convenience. Plate cut tolerances are usually “within 1mm.” There is an ISO specification for plate accuracy – straightness, squareness, length and width accuracy. All plate manufacturers follow these ISO specifications.
