Apparently this offending command can point to a few different issues:
- Sometimes fonts or special characters in fonts cause a PostScript error offending command CCRun. Outlining all text might get around this issue.
- A PostScript error typecheck, offending command CCRun can show up when you try to print InDesign 1.x PDF files containing TrueType fonts on HP printers. Upgrade to InDesign 1.52. It solves this issue.
