A PostScript error undefined, offending command @PJL or %-12345X means the printfile was indended for PCL output on a Hewlett Packard printer while you are printing a PostScript file.
Solutions
- You are probably printing using an incorrect driver, please select a PostScript driver to print to PostScript devices. Reinstalling the drivers might also help.
- If you get the error when printing separator pages go to the queue properties/Advanced and specify the PostScript separator page and not the PCL one.
- Sometimes, but not always, removing the initial lines from the PostScript printfile will fix this error.
